The default view in a PowerPoint presentation is Normal view.
A presentation is the entire file that contains all the slides, while a slide is an individual electronic page within the presentation. A presentation is made up of multiple slides organized in sequence.
Layouts in PowerPoint provide predefined arrangements for content on a slide. They help maintain consistency throughout the presentation and make it easier to add different types of content like text, images, charts, and multimedia in an organized manner.
The Text Box button allows users to insert a customizable text container anywhere on a slide. This is useful for adding text in locations not covered by the default slide layout, creating labels, captions, or additional text elements.
The purpose of animation is to add visual effects to text, objects, and other elements on slides. It makes presentations more engaging and dynamic by controlling how elements appear, move, and disappear during a slide show.
Three functions that can be performed in Slide Sorter view are:
Headers and Footers are useful for displaying consistent information across multiple slides, such as slide numbers, date and time, presentation title, or company logo. This helps maintain professionalism and makes navigation easier during the presentation.
Slide Transition refers to the visual effect when moving from one slide to another during a presentation. Custom Animation refers to the effects applied to individual elements (text, images, etc.) within a single slide, controlling how they appear, move, or disappear.
